By far, the best leather shop in Rome! I was there over six times.
There was not another store I visited that had the authentic leather smell, beautiful color selection of Bags and Fruits. I felt like I was at a farm stand! Everything seemed so fresh and beautiful
Not only that, the owners are so nice and do an excellent job selecting from fine local Italian craftsman. Not made in large factories by other countries. Each piece is truly a work of art.
My friends and family loved the items I purchased for them and I get so many compliments on my purses and backpacks.
Will be headed back in February for another round.

The staff here was so kind and the store is wonderful. I bought two beautiful, unique purses and couldn't be happier with my purchase. My family and I randomly came across this store as we were souvenir shopping in rome, and we purchased a few leather goods. They had a nice assortment of leather bags keychains, wallets, and other leather items. They had some pretty cool and unique keychains and bags that we didn’t see in other stores. We spoke with the owner too and he was super kind and talked us through his experience as the owner. He mentioned that he sourced his items from various artists so the items in his store are all unique and well crafted. For example we bought a cool automatic card dispensing leather wallet, and some cool little animal keychains.He kindly walked us through many of his items and the store atmosphere was also very cute. Definitely stop by for a fresh change of scenery when souvenir shopping or shopping for yourself as this store was very unique and nice!

We found this AMAZING store back in 2016 and it is the only store we purchase bags from now. A fun shopping experience in the store or via video with Jaim when you are not able to get to the store. My girls and I only carry Bags & Fruits bags and we love having unique bags that you don't see others carrying! Treat yourself...you won't regret it! Not to mention bags arrive faster than local store shipping!

Very nice and friendly staff. I was in Rome Italy back in May 2024 and I came across this unique Artisan handcrafted leather accessory store. It is an expensive store but the products are of the best quality so it is worth it if looking to buy a decent gift for yourself or for a friend. I got myself a tiger 🐅 themed handmade in Italy leather keyring and a watermelon 🍉 shaped coin purse for a friend of mine. The owner is very nice and has a great sense of humour.

What a delightful visit I had to Bags and Fruits! Jaim could not have been more lovely. He took the time to tell the story of the artisans he works with and his love for what he does was quite evident. He even assisted me with VAT instructions. The workmanship of the products is beautiful. I love the bag I purchased and look forward to a new long-distance relationship with Bags and Fruits.
